The effect is a light meta effect on par with AOJ. It's a good effect for an advanced 2500, but it's sad. On top of passing through Honest, even Vailer will be negate...
That said, it's a fairly strong effect for an advanced Fiend, so if you have a grudge against LIGHT, why not give it a try?
